RM Bridge Modeler Help

Strakon export, extended parameters

There are different possibilities to label the cross sections. The station and the axis level are always labeled. Additionally, it is possible to output the scale in the plot file.

Labeling of boundary nodes of the cross sections can be controlled using the following 3 options:

SettingDescription
Label Corner nodes of boundary Label corner nodes at element edges Label mid-nodes at element edges User defined scale Scale

RM Bridge Modeler checks the boundary of the cross sections and labels corner points.

The boundary consists of element edges of the cross section. By this option, all corner nodes of these edges are labeled independent of the case is the appropriate point geometrically at corner or not.

The boundary consists of element edges of the cross section. By this option, all mid-nodes of the element edges are labeled.

Note: The scale of each cross section is set by the number of cross sections per plot file and the chosen DIN-format.
Note: Furthermore, the text heights are set by the number of cross sections per plot file and the chosen DIN-format.

Without setting this option RM Modeler uses a "optimum" scale to draw the individual cross section according to the number of cross sections per plot file.

Using a entered scale (see below), RM Bridge Modeler checks only, if the entered scale fit to the chosen format and number of cross sections per plot file.

1 [cm] in plot = x [cm] in nature (scale 1 : x)

Default: The default values vary dependent on different formats.
